Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every order placed with ALUR Atelier, online or through the studio.

1. Who we are

These terms are used by GGA Holding B.V., trading as ALUR Atelier, Herengracht 582, 1017 CJ Amsterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 34319167. Further company details are listed in the imprint.

2. Your order

An agreement is made once we confirm your order by email. For custom work, the agreement is made when you approve the quote.

3. Price and payment

Our prices include VAT. The same price applies in every EU country.

You pay for a collection piece in full when you order, through the secure checkout or the payment link we send after your order request.

If you prefer to pay half of the price when you order and the rest before shipping, tell us before you order.

For custom work, the payment terms are set in the quote.

4. Production

Every piece is made by hand after your order. Production takes about 6 weeks; for custom work, from approval of the design. Natural variation in grain and colour is part of the material and is not a defect. If the planning changes, we tell you straight away.

5. Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery terms are shown before you pay. Risk passes to you when the piece is delivered to you.

Delivery terms: — (to be confirmed)

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the purchase of a collection piece in its standard size and finish within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. The cost of returning the piece is borne by the buyer. Pieces made to the buyer’s dimensions, design or specification are excluded. See Shipping & returns.

7. Warranty

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights. If a piece does not conform to the contract, you are entitled by law to have it repaired or replaced free of charge, or to a price reduction or termination; this warranty does not affect those rights.

Additional warranty: 2 years on the construction from delivery.

8. Liability

Limitation of liability: — (to be confirmed)

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

9. Complaints and disputes

Tell us first — by email or WhatsApp — and we will look for a solution together.

Applicable law and competent court: — (to be confirmed)

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
