ALUR Atelier collects the information you send through the contact form or WhatsApp: your name, contact details and the details of your project.

We use it to answer your inquiry and to prepare a proposal. It is not sold. We share it only with the service providers that process it for us, such as our email and hosting services, and — with your consent — with Google and Meta as described below.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google) and the Meta Pixel (Meta) to measure visits and the results of our advertising. When you then send an inquiry, book a call, request a product sheet or complete the quiz, a pseudonymised (hashed) copy of your email address is shared with Google and Meta — for Meta also your phone number if given, sent from our server through the Meta Conversions API — so we can see which advertising led to it. Without consent, none of this happens and only anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics are collected. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

When you request a product sheet, we email it to you once and follow up once a few days later. We only send news about new pieces if you ticked the box; reply to any email to unsubscribe.
